Refund policy
At MeeTU, we take pride in delivering the freshest and highest quality flowers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Fresh Flowers
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns for fresh flowers unless they arrive damaged or wilted. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to request a refund or replacement.Â
- Damaged flowers must be returned in their original packaging. Photos and receipt may be requested to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer either a full refund or replacement arrangement of equal value.
- In other cases, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for arrangements that have been improperly handled after delivery.
Non-Perishable Items
- Non-perishable items, such as vases, gift items, etc. can be returned within 7 days of purchase, returned products should be in original condition with proof of purchase.Â
- You may choose to exchange the item or receive a refund for the original purchase price.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Customized Orders
- Custom and special event orders (e.g., customized flowers, weddings, party arrangements) are non-refundable.Â
Food & Beverage
- If there is an issue with your drink (e.g., incorrect order, poor quality, or contamination), please inform us immediately at the time of pickup or delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.
- In other cases, We do not offer refunds or exchanges for drinks that have been consumed or partially consumed.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. To request a refund or replacement, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and details about the issue.
- For in-store purchases, please return the drink to the counter for verification.

Allergies and Preferences
- Please inform us with any allergies or preferences you have before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds for drinks that do not meet personal taste preferences or due to undisclosed allergies. Please ensure to check the ingredients with us before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
- Floral Products canceled 24 hour before delivery or preparation are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled within 24 hour of delivery/pick-up date are non-refundable.

Food & Beverages canceled before preparation can receive a full refund. Once the drink has been prepared, cancellations or changes are not allowed, and the purchase is non-refundable.Â
